About PEO Easy

We help small employers understand a market that is difficult to compare and easy to oversimplify.

What we publish

PEO Easy publishes buyer education about professional employer organizations, administrative services organizations, payroll providers, benefits, workers compensation, employment taxes, and PEO contracts. The intended reader is a business owner or operations leader preparing to evaluate options, not a specialist looking for a substitute for legal, tax, or insurance advice.

Our best work gives a buyer a repeatable process: send the same census to every provider, separate each cost category, verify registrations and certifications, read the service agreement, and test claims against the facts of the employer's workforce.

Who the byline represents

"PEO Easy Research Team" is the organizational byline for the research and editing function behind this site. It is not a claim that every article was written by an attorney, CPA, actuary, or licensed insurance producer. When a credentialed specialist reviews a page, that person's name, credential, and role should appear on the page.

How the business makes money

PEO Easy also offers a concierge evaluation service. If a company enrolls with a PEO introduced through that service, PEO Easy may receive a broker or referral fee from the provider. Readers do not pay to use the research library.

Compensation does not guarantee a provider coverage, placement, or a favorable conclusion. We do not publish paid rankings. Provider reviews and pricing studies disclose participation, compensation, sample selection, and methodology with their conclusions.

Accuracy and corrections

Employment rules and vendor prices change. Our editorial policy explains how we choose sources, date updates, label estimates, and handle corrections. To report an error, email services@peoeasy.com with the page URL and the source that supports the correction.
