PEO Services
Compare PEO options through one point of contact
We collect and normalize PEO and health insurance proposals for your workforce, then explain the cost, coverage, service, and contract differences.
We work over email. Nothing you enter is shared with a vendor until you ask for an introduction.
What the service includes
One point of contact
Share your requirements once. We coordinate with the providers and keep their follow-up with our team until you request an introduction.
Comparable proposals
We separate administrative fees, benefits, workers compensation, taxes, and contract charges, then put each proposal on the same annual and per-employee basis.
Health insurance is part of the analysis
A PEO-sponsored option may differ from direct coverage. We compare premiums, plan designs, networks, contributions, and contract terms using the same workforce and effective date.
A shortlist based on your workforce
Provider fit depends on headcount, industry, employee locations, benefit needs, and workers compensation exposure. Those details determine which providers we approach.
How it works
Step 1
Tell us about your business
Headcount, states, industry, what you pay for benefits today, and what is not working. One email is enough to start.
Step 2
We evaluate the market
We shortlist the PEOs that fit your profile, collect quotes, price standalone health insurance as the alternative, and pressure-test the numbers.
Step 3
You decide
You receive a side-by-side comparison with the material cost, coverage, service, and contract differences. You can select an option, request another round, or stop the process.
What we compare for your company
PEO proposals often combine unlike fee structures, insurance options, and contract terms. We use your census, employee locations, industry, current coverage, and renewal information to compare the same scope across providers. We work for your company during the evaluation and disclose how we may be paid.
If you want to understand the market first, start with what a PEO costs or how to choose a PEO. When you are ready for quotes, submit the form above.
Common questions
- What does this cost?
- You do not pay PEO Easy for the evaluation. If you enroll with a PEO we introduce, the provider may pay us a broker or referral fee. We disclose that business model because compensation is relevant to how buyers evaluate any intermediary.
- What if a PEO is not the right fit for us?
- The comparison can recommend a non-PEO structure. Payroll software, a benefits broker, and standalone insurance may cost less or preserve more control when the bundled PEO services do not solve a material need.
- Which PEOs do you evaluate?
- We consider national and regional providers based on the workforce, states, and industry. No provider is guaranteed a place because it pays compensation, and a comparison can conclude that a non-PEO option is preferable.
